Pattern Dictionary of English Prepositions

The Pattern Dictionary of English Prepositons (PDEP) identifies the prototypical syntagmatic patterns with which prepositions in use are associated (identifying linguistic units used sequentially to make well-formed structures and characterizing the relationship between these units). In the case of prepositions, the units are the complement (object) of the preposition and the governor (point of attachment) of the prepositional phrase.
